From freshly ground coffee that lends itself to our excellent selection of hot drinks, to our hand-picked wines, bubbles, premium lagers, bottled and draught ciders and not forgetting our locally brewed range of Badger Beer. For guests who prefer something soft, we have a variety of juices, carbonates and even alcohol-free beer, lager, cider and gin. Although our location is beautiful, it is also rural, so your safety is a priority to us.
It was deep in Dorset’s rolling hills and patchwork fields, in 1777, that local farmer Charles Hall brewed his first Badger beer. A union of the Hall & Woodhouse families soon followed and the story of Badger beer had begun. We stock a comprehensive range of cask and bottled beers, all with distinctive characters, which are available throughout the year, although our offering does vary seasonally.
